Milkyway Marketing is a marketing consultancy based in Kuala Lumpur. This page explains what we do with the details you share on this website.
What we collect
If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive the details you type in: your name, company (if you add it), email address, the service or challenge you pick and your message. If you answer the quick questions on the home page, your answers are used on the page to suggest a next step and are not sent to us.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to talk with you about working together. We do not sell your details or use them for anything unrelated.
Booking, chat and analytics
Booking a consultation takes you to our scheduling provider, and the chat window on this site passes your messages to our chat provider so we can reply, and our analytics providers (Google and Microsoft) receive usage data if you accept cookies. Those services have their own privacy policies and handle the details you give them.
Cookies
With your permission, we use cookies for our chat window and for analytics that show us how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people move around. Analytics tools may also record anonymised session replays. If you decline, none of these load, and you can still use the whole site. We do not use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, then delete them. Ask us sooner if you want them removed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Use the contact form and we will respond.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
